- Defining Management Systems: Does the management system collect and systematize data, measure the development in risk level and analyze immediate and underlying causes, trends and common features?
- Performing HSE Activities: Are we able to map exposure and health risk, identify health hazards, assess risks, decide how they can be eliminated or controlled and acknowledge and handle gaps?
- Verification: Are we following a risk based approach and are we confident that risk of injury and illness is kept within the framework of regulatory requirements?
- Validation: Do we make a record of significant findings - the hazards, and validate if our performance is successful in controlling the risks? Do you learn from experience?
